§ 25.16 LAND NOT INCLUDED WITHIN DISTRICT TO CONSTITUTE R-1 DISTRICT.

Except as provided in § 25.13(A), all lands now or hereafter included within the incorporated territory of the city which are not included within any district on the zoning map of the city shall be designated R-1 districts. (`61 Code, § 25.03.7) (Ord. 915, passed 6-20-2000)
