3218 - Authority to place turning markers.

When determined to be necessary by the Traffic Engineer, he shall place and maintain markers, buttons or signs within or adjacent to intersections indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning at such intersections, and he shall locate and indicate more than one lane of traffic from which vehicles may make right or left turns.

3219 - Obedience to turning markers.

All motorists shall obey the directions of such turning markers placed in accordance with Section 3218 of this Code.

3220 - Authority to place restricted turn signs.

The Traffic Engineer shall determine those intersections at which vehicles should not make right, left or U-turns, and he shall place proper signs at such intersections regulating said turns or they may be removed when such turns are permitted.

3221 - Obedience to no turn signs.

All motorists shall obey the directions of such signs placed in accordance with Section 3220 of this Code.
