Sec. 4-3.651. - Plumas Pines Shopping Center.

The provisions of Sections 22350, 22507, 23103, and 23109 and the provisions of Division 16.5 (commencing with Section 38000) of the Vehicle Code of the State shall apply to the Plumas Pines Shopping Center's parking facilities, within Quincy, California, described as that area bounded by Highway 70 on the north and Central Avenue on the south, and extending from South Lindan Avenue on the west to the eastmost entrance of said parking facilities off of Highway 70.

Sec. 4-3.652. - Sierra Shopping Center.

The provisions of Sections 22350, 22507, 23103, and 23109 and the provisions of Division 16.5 (commencing with Section 38000) of the Vehicle Code of the State shall apply to the Sierra Shopping Center's parking facilities, within East Quincy, California, described as that area, bordered by Highway 70 on the south, and to the rear of the Center's property line on the north, and extending from Alta Avenue on the east to the westmost entrance of said parking facilities off Highway 70.
