Sec. 4-3.401. - Enumerated.¶
The following-named streets are hereby designated as one-way streets for travel in the directions indicated:
(a) Lawrence Street, one-way traffic in a westerly direction between Main Street and Crescent Street;
(b) Main Street, a portion of State Highway 70 in Quincy, California, one-way traffic in an easterly direction between Crescent Street and Lawrence Street; and
(c) Lundy Lane, one-way traffic in a westerly direction between Poplar Valley Road and the westerly intersection of Cedar Lane, a length of approximately 800 feet.

Sec. 4-3.402. - Conditions.¶
The designation of the streets set forth in Section 4-3.401 of this article as one-way streets shall become effective only upon the inclusion of Lawrence Street as a part of the State Highway System as provided in Section 111.5 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State; that appropriate improvements be made on said streets; that the segments of Main and Lawrence Streets set forth in Section 4-3.401 of this article be opened to one-way traffic; and that appropriate signs be erected by the Department of Public Works of the State.
