Sec. 4-3.101. - Flange-wheeled vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, drive, or move, or for the owner to cause or knowingly permit to be operated, driven, or moved, on any County highway or bridge any implement, vehicle, or machine of any kind having any tires, wheels, or track to any part of which there is attached any cleat, block, stud, flange, ridge, grouser, lug, or other device which will cause, or have a tendency to cause, damages to the surface of such highway or bridge.

Sec. 4-3.102. - Liability.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall be liable to the County for all damages which such highway or bridge may sustain as a result of such operation, driving, or moving.
