Sec. 4-6.01. - Fairgrounds: Restrictions for use.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to be located within twenty (20') feet of the exterior fences surrounding the grandstand area and the race track area at the fairgrounds during paid events, except when entering or leaving said areas, or on the roofs of any public buildings at the fairgrounds during paid events.

Sec. 4-6.02. - Fairgrounds: Ice chests and canned and bottled beverages prohibited.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess any ice chest or any canned or bottled beverages, other than any vacuum bottle or any similar reusable container, on the premises of the grandstands or any other posted area of the Plumas County Fairgrounds.
The provisions of this section shall not apply to any person, corporation, or agent, or employee of any person or corporation, which is authorized by the County to sell or otherwise make use of canned or bottled beverages within the fairgrounds.

Sec. 4-6.03. - Fairgrounds: Alcoholic beverages prohibited during Plumas Unified School…¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume, drink, exhibit, or possess an open container of any alcoholic or intoxicating beverage in the grandstand area of the fairgrounds during such time as there are any activities of the Plumas Unified School District in progress.
