Article 15.44 — MOBILE HOMES AND MOBILE HOME PARKS

§ 15.44.010. Generally.

No person shall do any act regulated by the Mobile Homes Parks Act of the state of California as found in the California Health and Safety Code Section 18200 et seq., for which the county of Placer has assumed enforcement responsibility without first obtaining all required permits from the county of Placer.

§ 15.44.020. Regulation standards.

Regulation standards for acts covered in Section 15.44.020 shall be as provided in the Mobile Homes Parks Act and in the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 5, as each may be amended from time to time, unless otherwise provided in this article. (Prior code § 4.82)

Mobile home accessory buildings or structures located outside of mobile home parks shall comply with both the requirements of Section 15.44.020 and the provisions of Article 15.04 of this chapter.
