§ 5.08.020. Aircraft rides.¶

§ 5.08.040. Auction house.¶

§ 5.08.060. Auto parks.¶
Fees for auto parks (code section reference 6.12.080) shall be as follows: $22 minimum per year, plus fifty-five cents ($0.55) for each 1,000 feet in excess of 10,000 square feet. Permit required. § 5.08.070. Bowling alley.¶

§ 5.08.230. Rental property—Hotels—Motels—Apartments—Bungalow courts—Office buildings—…¶
Fees for rental property—hotels, motels, apartments, bungalow courts, office buildings, shopping centers and single-family residential homes (code section reference 6.12.345)—shall be as follows: Up to three units there shall be no fee; $33 for the first four units; for each additional unit over four units $5 per unit per year.

§ 5.08.300. Oil storage tank.¶

§ 5.08.305. Oil wells.¶
Every person required by this code to have a license shall pay to the city a base annual fee and, in addition thereto, the quarterly fees in the manner and to the extent provided in this section:
(1) Prior to the issuance or renewal of such license, a base annual fee of $355 per well to apply to all oil wells, including, but not by way of limitation, production, injection and nonproducing oil wells.
(2) In addition to the base annual fee, an amount equaling twelve cents ($0.12) per barrel of oil produced by each well per quarter.
(3) For the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1973, and each succeeding fiscal year, and in addition to the base annual fee, an amount equaling one cent ($0.01) per MCF (1,000 cu. ft.) of a gas produced by each well per quarter.

§ 5.08.330. Pool, billiard or snooker halls.¶

§ 5.08.340. Professions.¶
Fees for professionals (code section reference 6.12.535) shall be as follows: A professional who has an established business address within the city shall pay a business license tax of $60 per professional, plus $13 per nonprofessional employee. Any professional who has a business location outside the city but who conducts, manages, carries on or engages in any profession within the city shall pay a flat business license tax of $72 per year.

§ 5.08.350. Rummage sale.¶

§ 5.08.410. Theater—Hall.¶
Fees for a theater or hall (code section reference 6.12.670) shall be thirty-three cents ($0.33) per seat per year.

§ 5.08.430. Trailer parks.¶
Fees for trailer parks (code section reference 6.12.680) shall be as follows:

§ 5.08.440. Trucking.¶
Fees for trucking where office is within city limits (code section reference 6.12.695) shall be as follows: $45 per year per truck, or the licensee may elect to pay based upon gross receipts (Section 6.16.040). If company is PUC licensed see Section 5.08.488.

§ 5.08.450. Retail sales.¶
Fees for retail sales (gross receipts) (code section reference 6.16.020) shall be as follows: $33 minimum, plus fifty-five cents ($0.55) cents per one thousand dollars($1,000.00), or fraction thereof, of gross receipts in excess of ten thousand dollars($10,000.00), except that a new business opening in the city shall pay only the minimum fee during the first year in which licensed.

§ 5.08.460. Wholesale or manufacturing business.¶
Fees for a wholesale or manufacturing business (gross receipts) (code section reference 6.12.715) shall be as follows: $33 minimum, plus twenty-eight cents ($0.28) per one thousand dollars($1,000.00), or fraction thereof of gross receipts in excess of twenty thousand dollars($20,000.00), except that a new business opening in the city shall pay only the minimum fee during the first year in which licensed.

§ 5.08.470. Services.¶

§ 5.08.485. Industrial parks—Storage buildings—Storage yards.¶
Fees for operating industrial parks, storage buildings, storage yards (gross receipts) (code section reference 6.16.055) shall be as follows: $33 minimum, plus fifty-five cents ($0.55) per $1,000 or fraction thereof, of gross receipts in excess of $25,000.
