Chapter 10.64 — CRIMINAL JUSTICE FEES

Any person convicted of any criminal offense related to an arrest by officers of the Placentia police department shall reimburse the city any criminal justice fee imposed on the city by the county of Orange, or any other agency under contractual agreement, on account of the incarceration of the arrested person.
