5.07.010 - License required—Exception.¶
It is unlawful for any person or business entity who has not a regularly established place of business, to travel from place to place conducting, operating and maintaining a theater, tent show or playhouse within the town limits without first obtaining a town issued business license and paying a license fee in advance and as set by adopted council resolution. When the net proceeds raised by the theater, tent show or playhouse are to be used for charitable, religious, patriotic, educational, civic or other community purposes or if no admission charge is made, the town manager may authorize town issuance of the business license without payment of a fee and for a time period not to exceed ten (10) consecutive days or a cumulative total of twenty (20) days per calendar year.

5.07.020 - License application: Filing and processing.¶
An application for the required business license shall be filed with the office of the town planning director not less than fifteen (15) days or more than ninety (90) days before the date(s) during which the proposed activity is to be conducted. The application and its subsequent related business shall be processed by the office of the town planning director in accordance with applicable processing procedures adopted by the Town of Paradise either by council resolution or by administrative policy order of the town manager.

5.07.030 - Violation—Penalty.¶
It is unlawful for any person or entity to violate or fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Such violation shall be punishable as an infraction.
