Editor's note— Ord. No. 11-OR0603-1, § 2, adopted Aug. 17, 2011, repealed Art. VI, §§ 29.45—29.51, which pertained to regulation of discharge into city sewer system, and derived from Ord. No. 82-37, § 3, 8-11-1982, as amended. Section 3 of said ordinance added Art. X, §§ 29.129—29.154, which pertains to similar subject matter. Users are directed to Art. X for information on regulation of discharge into city sewer system.
