Sec. 29.44.1. - Reimbursement for construction of excess size sewer facilities.

Any person constructing a sewer main or appurtenant facilities to a larger capacity than required by city standards, at the request or requirement of the city, may apply for reimbursement in the same manner as provided in sections 37.83.1 to 37.83.6. The city engineer, in cooperation with the water utilities director shall make maps, calculations, reports and recommendations to the city council in the same manner as provided in this Code for doing such things upon application for reimbursement for excess waterlines. So far as possible, the same theory and procedure shall be followed in either case.
