2.04.010 - Meetings.¶
A. The regular meetings of the city council shall be held at City Hall on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m.
B. Hereafter, the city council may change the regular meeting times of the city council by resolution.

2.04.020 - Interim appointment to fill vacancy.¶
In the event of a vacancy on the city council, the council pursuant to Government Code 36512 may fill the vacancy by appointment with the person to serve only until the date of an election which shall immediately be called to fill the remainder of the term and such municipal election shall be held, not less than one hundred fourteen (114) days from the call of the election.

2.04.030 - Salary for members of the city council.¶
Under Government Code section 36516, each member of the city council shall initially have their salary set at five-hundred dollars ($500) per month. Compensation may be increased by the city council in accordance with Government Code section 36516(a)(4). A council member may waive any or all compensation provided by this section. Compensation for members of the city council, and any future increases permitted by law, will take place according to the timelines provided under Government Code section 36516.5.
