12.08.120 - General restriction.¶

No person may ride, drive, lead or keep a saddle horse, pony, mule or other such animal at any swimming pool, nature area, picnic area, lawn or turf area, or other area designated as so restricted.

12.08.130 - Recklessness prohibited.¶

No person may ride, drive, lead or keep a saddle or pack animal in a reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger the life, limb or property of any person or animal. No person may allow a saddle or pack animal to stand unattended or insecurely tied.
