Moraga Municipal Code Art. 1 General Provisions

A. The regulations proscribed in this chapter apply to lands controlled or managed by the town, hereafter referred to as "parklands."

B. Every person entering upon town parklands shall abide by the rules and regulations of the town, laws of the state, and all applicable ordinances.

C. This chapter does not apply to employees of the town nor its concessionaires or their employees engaged in and acting within the scope of their authorized duties and concession activities. However, town employees and concessionaires and their employees shall abide by the laws of the state and all applicable rules, regulations and ordinances of the town.

D. Special regulations enacted for an area or a subject do not preclude the application of the regulations set forth in this chapter unless expressly so indicated.

No person may enter upon or otherwise remain upon town parklands for any purpose whatsoever between one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise without permission of the town.

A violation of this chapter is an infraction. A violation is punishable as provided in Section 1.24.030.
