In the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County, references to "Board of Supervisors" mean the Town Council and references to an official, official title or other designation mean that office, title or designation in the governmental structure of the Town, or if there is none, the official or title-holder in the Town who performs the function or duty referred to.
