9.20.230 - Construction permit required.¶
No person shall commence, do, construct, use or alter, or cause to be commenced, done, constructed, used or altered, any public sewer, main line sewer, building lateral, building sewer, or other appurtenance to the City sewer system without first obtaining a construction permit from the City to do so. All such work performed pursuant to such permit shall be constructed by a licensed contractor.

9.20.240 - Permits not transferable.¶
Permits issued pursuant to the provisions of this article shall not be transferable from one person to another person or from one location to another location.
