9.20.210 - Connecting cesspools and septic tanks.¶
No person shall connect, or cause to be connected, any cesspool seepage pit or septic tank to any main line sewer or to any building lateral or building sewer leading thereto.

9.20.220 - Connecting sewers on private property.¶
No person shall connect, or cause to be connected, any sewer on private property unless:
A. Such sewer has been laid under the supervision of, and to the satisfaction of, the City Engineer; and
B. If dedication of such private property is required, such private property has been dedicated, and the City Council has accepted such dedication.
