3.62.010 - Payment schedule authorized for certain services-Collection-Allocation.¶
The Modoc County probation officer is authorized to establish a payment schedule for reimbursement of the costs of preplea and presentence investigations and probation supervision, subject to the approval of the Modoc County Superior Court and the Modoc County Justice Court, and to collect said reimbursement pursuant to order of the Modoc County Superior Court and the Modoc County Justice Court, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1203.1b of the Penal Code of the state of California. All sums paid pursuant to said section shall be allocated for the operating expenses of the county probation department.

3.62.020 - Payment processing fee.¶
The Modoc County board of supervisors shall, by resolution, establish a fee for the processing of payments made in installments to the Modoc County probation officer pursuant to Section 1203.1b Penal Code, not to exceed the administrative and clerical costs of the collection of those installment payments as determined by the board of supervisors, and not exceeding thirty-five dollars.
