3.58.010 - Designation of nonprofit organization.

Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 11489 the board of supervisors shall designate an agency to receive five percent of funds or proceeds resulting from drug asset seizures and forfeitures. The Modoc County interagency drug task force is designated to receive all funds or proceeds included under Health and Safety Code Section 11489(b)(2)(D) which are seized and/or forfeited in the county of Modoc.
