3.30.010 - Waiver of three-day waiting period for travel claims.

As authorized by Government Code Section 29742, the three-day waiting period for claims to be on file with the county auditor shall be waived for travel claims that the county auditor finds to be correct and a legal county charge and that there exists an emergency reason for the waiver. In those cases, the county auditor may issue the warrant on the county treasury as soon as he or she is reasonably able to do so in the regular course of business.

3.30.020 - Waiver of three-day waiting period for emergency claims.

As authorized by Government Code Section 29742, the three-day waiting period for claims to be on file with the county auditor shall be waived for emergency claims that the county auditor finds to be correct and a legal county charge and that there exists an emergency reason for the waiver.
