Section 1 — Receipt of Bail¶

The Clerk of the Municipal Court of the San Jose-Alviso Judicial District, County of Santa Clara, State of California, is hereby authorized by the City of Milpitas to receive a deposit of bail, in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of Section 853.1 of the Penal Code of the State of California providing for and relating to the citation of violations of City Ordinances, on behalf of said City of Milpitas.
