5-6.01 - Prohibited activities.

No person shall, as principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, engage in, conduct, manage, carry on, or operate an escort service, personal introduction service, date bureau, marriage bureau, lonely hearts club, or other similar activity in the City.

5-6.02 - Renting premises for prohibited activities.

No person shall rent, let, or assign any building or room, or any portion thereof, in the City to any person with the knowledge, understanding, or belief that such building or room, or portion thereof, is to be used for the purpose of engaging in, conducting, managing, carrying on, or operating any activity or service prohibited by the provisions of Section 5-6.01 of this chapter.

5-6.03 - Declaration of public nuisance.

Any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be summarily abated as such.
