9.08.010 Nudity Prohibited On Public Property¶
Every person who shall wilfully appear on or in any public park, square, preserve, avenue, street, lane, alley or other public land in the county in a state of dress or undress in which the private parts of such person or the female breast are exposed shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
