4.96.010 - Metallic kites prohibited.

Any person in the City who causes to be flown kites containing any substantial parts consisting of metallic materials or kites using metallic string or guide lines is guilty of a misdemeanor.

For purposes of this section, "kite" means a nonmotorized object designed to be flown in and supported solely by air or any other means while connected to a person or object on the ground by means of a string or otherwise.
