Article 3 — PLANNING COMMISSION AND SUBDIVISION REVIEW BOARD

The Commission is hereby designated as the advisory agency with respect to subdivisions as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State. (§ 1.03, Ord. 341)

The Commission shall have all the powers and duties with respect to tentative and final maps, and the procedure relating thereto, which are specified by law and by the provisions of this chapter. (§ 1.03, Ord. 341)

The Project Review Board is hereby created. Membership shall consist of the Planning Director, who shall serve as Secretary and Chair; the Public Works Director or designee; the Fire Chief or designee; the Police Chief or designee and the Chief Building Inspector or designee. The Project Review Board shall have the powers and duties specified by the provisions of this chapter and shall be advisor to the Commission.
