Article 13 — STORM DRAINAGE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES

The purpose of the storm drainage fees established by this article is to derive revenue which shall be used for the construction, expansion, and reconstruction of the storm drainage system of the City. (§ 1, Ord. 554, eff. December 31, 1976, as amended by § 6, Ord. 954, eff. March 3, 2000)

The fees set forth in this article are hereby imposed and required of all development within the City. (§ 1, Ord. 554, eff. December 31, 1976, as amended by § 7, Ord. 954, eff. March 3, 2000)

The fees for the construction of such facilities are hereby established by City Council resolution.

All storm drainage fees collected pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be placed into a special fund which is hereby executed and established for such purposes and which shall be known as the "Storm Drainage Fee Fund." Revenues deposited into said fund shall be used for the construction, expansion, and reconstruction of, and the acquisition of land for, the storm drainage system of the City.
