§ 9-2.1201. Compliance required. ¶

No building shall be constructed, nor shall a permit for the construction of a building be issued, nor shall any portion of any parcel be used when not conforming to the provisions of this chapter. (§ 9.01, Ord. 341)

§ 9-2.1202. Violations of provisions. ¶

Any person, firm, or corporation, whether as principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code. (§ 9.02, Ord. 341)
