Sec. 8.249. Designation of the Department.

There is hereby created a Department of City government to be known as the Department on Disability hereinafter referred to as the “Department”.

The Department shall assume responsibility for providing programs, activities and services formerly provided for citizens with disabilities by the Office on Disability of the Personnel Department.
