Sec. 19.10. List of Names.¶
It shall be the duty of the City Engineer to enter in a suitable book kept for that purpose a list of the names of all streets within the City of Los Angeles.

Sec. 19.11. Report to Council.¶
It shall be the duty of the City Engineer to report to the Council a list of names of all streets recorded in the City Engineer’s office having a duplicate name, giving the date of such record.

Sec. 19.12. Definition.¶
For the purposes of this chapter the word “Street” shall be deemed to include avenue, highway, boulevard, court, lane, place and alley. The singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular.
