§ 4-3.1101. Designated.

The Council hereby finds, determines, and declares that the following privately-owned and maintained roads within the Town are generally held open for the use of the public for the purposes of vehicular traffic and so connect with highways that the public cannot determine that such private roads are not highways:

(a) Alta Lane North;

(b) Alta Lane South;

(c) Becky Lane;

(d) Buena Vista Drive;

(e) Burke Lane;

(f) Campo Vista Lane;

(g) Cantata Way;

(h) Casa Mia Way;

(i) Central Drive;

(j) Crescent Lane;

(k) Duval Way;

(l) Edgecliff Place;

(m) Edgerton Road;

(n) El Caminito;

(o) Elise Court;

(p) Encinal Court;

(q) Estralita Place;

(r) Gerth Lane;

(s) Hill Way;

(t) Hooper Lane;

(u) Jabil Lane;

(v) Josefa Lane;

(w) Kriste Lane;

(x) Lennox Way;

(y) Lomita Linda Court:

(z) Miraloma Way;

(aa) Moon Lane;

(ab) Old Page Mill Lane:

(ac) Old Trace Lane;

(ad) Quail Lane;

(ae) Schroll Drive;

(af) Summit Wood Road;

(ag) Sunny Court;

(ah) Three Forks Lane;

(ai) Toyonita Road; and

(aj) Vinedo Lane.

§ 4-3.1102. Applicability of traffic laws.

The provisions of the Vehicle Code and of this chapter shall apply to all of the private roads designated in Section 4-3.1101 of this article, except where any such road is posted with a notice, of such size, shape, and color as to be readily legible during daylight hours from a distance of 100 feet, to the effect that the road is privately owned and maintained and is not subject to public traffic regulation and control.
