10.32.020 Streets and Alleys Made One-Way by City Council.

10.32.010 Signs Designating One-Way Streets and Alleys.

Whenever any ordinance or resolution of this City designates any one-way street or alley, the City Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited. 10.32.020 Streets and Alleys Made One-Way by City Council.

The City Council may by ordinance or resolution, at any time when traffic conditions warrant, close any public street or portion thereof, in the City, to traffic in one direction and provide and direct by said ordinance or resolution that any automobile or other vehicle shall travel only in one direction over and along any such street. Those streets and parts of streets described in Larkspur Municipal Code Section 10.72.010 are hereby declared to be existing one-way streets for the purpose of this section.
