§ 10.72.010. Driving through funeral processions prohibited.¶
No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral procession when it is in motion and when the vehicles in such procession are conspicuously so designated.

§ 10.72.020. Clinging to moving vehicle prohibited.¶
A person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates or any toy vehicle, shall not attach the same or him or herself to any moving vehicle upon any street.

§ 10.72.030. Driving or riding on sidewalks and landscaped areas prohibited—Exception.¶
A. No person shall ride, drive, propel or cause to be ridden, driven or propelled any vehicle or animal upon any sidewalk or any portion of a public right-of-way or property which has been landscaped with grass, flowers or shrubbery. This section, however, shall not prohibit a horse or other animal from being ridden, driven or propelled along the unpaved portion or unlandscaped portion of a public right-of-way or property or from being led across a street in a designated pedestrian crosswalk. This section shall have no application to established equestrian trails designated by the city, to parades, animal shows and other types of exhibitions when proper permits have been obtained from the city.
B. No person shall ride, drive, propel or cause to be ridden, driven or propelled any vehicle across or upon any sidewalk except over permanently constructed driveways and except when it is necessary for any temporary purpose to drive a loaded vehicle across a sidewalk, provided in the latter case that written permission is first obtained from the director of public works.
