Sec. 2-70. - City Council acting as Planning Agency.¶
The City Council, as the legislative body for the City, shall perform and function as the City's Planning Agency. The City Council, as the legislative body, shall handle all matters for the City, both as the City Council and, where required by law, as the City's Planning Agency.
