2.36.010 Contract authorized .¶
A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of the contract, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

2.36.020 Execution of contract .¶
The mayor of the city is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the agency.
