14.16.460 - Connection to county sewer line.¶

It constitutes an infraction for any person, firm, corporation or association to connect to any sewer line operated by the county of Kern or district therein, or in which the county has any interest, without first obtaining a permit to do so.

14.16.470 - Violation—Penalty.¶

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, for each violation thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable as provided in Section 1.12.030 of this code.
