Kern County Municipal Code Ch. 14.28 Stormwater Districts

A. In accordance with the provisions of Section 961 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, Stormwater District No. 1 is established.

B. The exterior boundaries of said stormwater district are established as follows:

Beginning at the northeast corner of Section Twenty (20), Township Twenty-nine (29) South, Range Twenty-eight (28) East, M.D.M., and running thence southerly and along the east boundary of said Section 20 to intersect the centerline extended of Jeffrey Street, according to the map of Keith Addition, a subdivision in the northeast quarter of said Section 20; thence westerly and along the centerline of said Jeffrey Street to the centerline of "A" Street; thence southerly and along the centerline of "A" Street to the centerline extended of the alley which lies east and west through the center of Block 23 of said Keith Addition; thence westerly and along the centerline of said alley and extension thereof to the centerline of "B" Street; thence southerly and along the centerline of "B" Street to the centerline of Irene Street; thence westerly and along the centerline of Irene Street to the east boundary extended of Lot No. 13 of Block 27 of said Keith Addition; thence southerly and along the east boundary of Lots 13 and 20 of said Block 27 and along the east boundary of Lots 13 and 20 of Block 34 and along the east boundary of Lots 13 and 20 of Block 39, and extension thereof, according to said map, to the south boundary of the north half of said Section 20; thence westerly and along the last-named south boundary to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 20; thence northerly and along the west boundary of said Section 20 to the centerline extended of Goodman Street, according to said map; thence easterly and along the centerline extended of said Goodman Street to the centerline of Sacramento Street in the city of Bakersfield, if such centerline be extended northerly; thence northerly and along the centerline of said Sacramento Street to the north boundary of said Section 20; thence easterly and along the north boundary of said Section 20 to the place of beginning.
