14.36.010 - Persons authorized to make connections.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, excepting an authorized agent or employee of a person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of furnishing or supplying gas and whose service pipes supply or connect with the particular premises, to turn on or reconnect gas service in or on any premises where and when gas service is not at the time being rendered.

14.36.020 - Violation—Penalty.

Every person violating or failing or neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
