Sec. 1.30.010. - Adoption of seal.¶
A corporate seal for the city is adopted with a design set out as in Section 1.30.020.

Sec. 1.30.020. - Design of seal.¶
The basic design of the seal shall be circular in form, not less than two (2) inches in diameter. Around its circumference shall appear, at a minimum, the words "Jurupa Valley" and the words "Incorporated July 1, 2011." The basic design may be enhanced by additional design elements adopted by resolution of the City Council.

Sec. 1.30.030. - Use of City Seal.¶
A. The City Clerk shall have custody and charge of the City Seal and such other insignia that may from time to time be adopted by resolution of the City Council.
B. Except as provided by this Code, any seal, insignia or other symbol officially adopted by resolution of the City Council for use by the city shall not be affixed to any instrument without the prior approval of the City Clerk.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or organization other than the city to use the City Seal or such other insignia adopted resolution of the City Council by affixing a replica of the Seal or insignia on any item, thing, or material without first having obtained written permission from the City Council to do so. Each day of any unauthorized use of the City Seal or emblem shall constitute a separate offense.
