6.36.010 - Prohibition

It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any persons to publish, print, post or display any bulletin, sign, or proclamation, notice or writing or advertisement advising a boycott or discrimination by or against any person, firm, company, corporation on account of color, race, religious or political opinion.

6.36.020 - Violation and penalty

Any person, firm, company or corporation found guilty of violating this chapter is declared to be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding $50.00 or by imprisonment in the jail of the city for a period not exceeding 25 days.
