2.20.010 - Conditions—Amounts specified for certain offices.¶
The officers named in this section are each required to execute to the city, official bonds in the following penal sums set forth in this section. Such bonds, or renewals, or substitutes thereof shall be maintained and kept in force by the incumbents of said offices during the entire time that they occupy the offices, respectively. The premiums on such bonds shall be paid by the city. The terms of such bonds shall not exceed one year.
A. City Clerk. The bond shall be twenty thousand dollars.
B. City Treasurer. The bond shall be fifty thousand dollars.
C. Secretary-clerk. The bond shall be five thousand dollars.
D. City Manager. The bond shall be one hundred thousand dollars.
