10.04.075 - Parking or standing over seventy-two hours.

It is unlawful to park or leave standing for seventy-two or more consecutive hours any motor vehicle parked on any street of the city of Ione. A violation of this section is an infraction as prescribed in Section 1.08.030 of the Ione Municipal Code. The motor vehicle may also be removed as set forth in Section 10.04.090 of the Ione Municipal Code.

10.04.080 - Removal—For violation of city ordinance.

Any vehicle parked or left standing for seventy-two or more consecutive hours in violation of any ordinance of the city authorizing removal may be removed in accordance with Article I, Chapter 10, Division II of the California Vehicle Code (Section 22651(k)).

10.04.090 - Removal—Authorized by state vehicle code.

Vehicles parked on any street of the city for seventy-two or more consecutive hours may be removed in accordance with Article I, Chapter 10, Division II of the California Vehicle Code.
