10.11.010 - Definitions.¶
As used in this chapter:
"Person" shall be construed to include persons, partnerships, firm, company, corporation, tenant, owner, lessee, or licensee, their agents, heirs, assigns and those in privity with them.
"Trailer" means any vehicle designated for carrying property on its own structure and for being drawn by a motor vehicle. It does not include those "trailers" as defined in Section 10.10.010 of the Ione Municipal Code.

10.11.020 - Prohibitions.¶
A. It is unlawful, within the limits of the city, for any person to park or allow to park any trailer on any street, alley, or highway, or other public place, except as provided in this chapter. The term "street," "alley," or "highway" shall include publicly maintained shoulders and/or parking strips adjacent to such street, alley or highway.
B. Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted on any street, alley or highway for not longer than forty-eight hours subject to any other and further prohibitions, regulations, or limitations imposed by traffic and parking regulations or ordinances for that street, alley, or highway.

10.11.030 - Penalties for violation.¶
Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction as set forth in Section 1.08.030 of the Ione Municipal Code and every day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such hereunder.
