10.16.010 - Load limits for specific streets.¶
A. No self-propelled motor vehicles with a gross weight of over five tons shall use, utilize, drive over or upon any portion of Raymond Drive.
B. No self-propelled motor vehicles with a gross weight of over five tons shall use, utilize, drive over or upon any portion of either or both Sutter and Shakeley Lanes.
C. No self-propelled motor vehicles with a gross weight of over five tons shall use, utilize, drive over or upon any portion of Mill Street from the Ione Junior High School to West Jackson Street.

10.16.020 - Exceptions.¶
There is excepted from the provisions of this chapter the operation of school busses; delivery vehicles; vehicles used for the collection of garbage, rubbish and refuse; and the operation of public or public utility vehicles only when responding to an emergency affecting the general welfare.

10.16.030 - Penalty.¶
It is a misdemeanor for any person, firm or corporation to do any act forbidden by this chapter.
