§ 2.84.010. Statement—Filing.¶
All Inyo County elected executive officers, appointive executive officers, and appointive commissioners shall file with the Inyo County clerk a detailed statement disclosing all personal business transactions of the nature specified below with: the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power; the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture; the bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior; and the California State Division of Highways.

§ 2.84.020. Statement—Contents—Supplement.¶
The statement shall specify all land leases, exchanges, and sales of land, the location and amount of acreage involved, amount paid, including the amount paid to or received from any of the above named agencies, and a description of any other transactions with the above named agencies which may give rise to a conflict of interest within the scope of each officer's or commissioner's duties, entered into or continuing in effect during the twelve month period preceding the date of filing said statement. This statement shall be amended annually by filing a supplement with the Inyo County clerk. The supplement shall include all transactions between the parties specified above, entered into and continuing in effect during the twelve month period preceding the date of filing said statement.

§ 2.84.030. Newly elected or appointed officials.¶
Newly elected or appointed officers and commissioners shall file said statement within thirty days of taking office, and shall comply with the amendment procedures stated in Section 2.84.020.
