§ 2.60.010. Established—Fund created.

Under and by virtue of the provisions of Business and Professions Code, Division 3, Chapter 5, Sections 6300 through 6365, a law library is established and shall be maintained at the town of Independence, the county seat. All provisions of the aforementioned sections of the Business and Professions Code for the purposes of establishing, maintaining, governing and controlling the library and for the purpose of collecting and disbursing funds necessary for the maintenance of the library are adopted, and a fund is created to be known and designated as a law library fund to be used for all of the purposes herein required.

§ 2.60.020. State statutes applicability.

All provisions of Division 3, Chapter 5 of the California Business and Professions Code are declared to be and are made applicable to the county.
