§ 2.76.010. Contract—Authorized.¶
A contract is authorized between the county board of supervisors and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System, a copy of the contract being on file in the office of the clerk of the board of supervisors, and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though herein set out in full.

§ 2.76.020. Contract—Execution.¶
The chairman of the county board of supervisors is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract authorized by Section 2.76.010 for and on behalf of said subdivision. (Ord. 26 § 2, 1943)
