furnish and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient bond in the penal sum of One Hundred Thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for the safe discharge of his duties, such bond to be first approved by the City Council. (Ord.537)

2-2.1 City Treasurer Compensation. Pursuant to Government Code Section 36517 the City¶
