Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 13.04 Public Water Systems

The county health department, division of environmental quality control, shall issue and administer permits for public water systems supplying fewer than two hundred (200) service connections in accordance with Section 116330 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code, and in accordance with administering regulations contained in Title 22 of the California Administrative Code.

Fees for public water system permits shall be estab1ished by reso1ution or ordinance adopted by the Imperial County board of supervisors.
