13.20.010 - Country club sewer maintenance district.¶

The country club sewer maintenance district shall have power to prescribe and collect fees, tolls, rates, rentals or other charges as authorized by and in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 5471. The amount of all fees shall be prescribed by resolution.
